Advanced Civil Technologies offers a program management team that partners with agencies to oversee project development and ensure successful delivery of transportation improvements.
Project and program management are critical components of transportation projects, ensuring proposed improvements are delivered within schedule and budget while maintaining a high level of quality. Our management team oversees development of highway improvements through the PID, PA/ED, PS&E, and construction phases while managing multiple design disciplines, including roadway, water quality, drainage, and construction staging/traffic handling. Additionally, Advanced Civil Technologies assists in the management of projects by identifying critical factors/risks, properly addressing scoping, scheduling, and pricing, and monitoring obligations and commitments. We also develop management plans, prepare technical documents related to funding, and support both partnering programs and the risk management register.
During each phase of development, our project and program managers identify and communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders to effectively achieve project consensus. Our team has frequently partnered with local agencies including OCTA, Metro, SBCTA, TCA, and multiple Caltrans districts. Additionally, several of our project managers have gained valuable experience working directly for Caltrans District 12 and SBCTA for numerous years. As such, we offer a comprehensive understanding of each agency’s design standards and have built years of trust by delivering projects that meet the unique expectations of each client.
